By using the IT Abyss platform ("the Service"), available at itabyss.pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service
IT Abyss is an educational platform and private community for developers (C++, gamedev, AI): roadmaps, an interview question bank, an interview simulator (tests and AI answer grading), courses, and materials.
2. Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. You may sign in by email or via third-party providers (Google, Apple, Telegram).
3. Subscription, payment, and refunds

4. Acceptable use
You must not: share access to paid materials with third parties; copy, resell, or publicly distribute protected content; or attempt to bypass access controls. We use watermarking and access logging to detect leaks and may suspend access on violation.
5. Intellectual property
The Service's content (texts, materials, the platform code) belongs to the operator or is used lawfully and is protected by law. A subscription grants a right of personal use but does not transfer ownership.
6. User content
By posting comments or other content, you are responsible for it and grant us the right to display it within the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
7. Third-party services
The Service uses third-party services (Google/Apple/Telegram sign-in, AI answer grading, payments, hosting). Their operation is governed by their own terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
